Customer Service Administrator- Colchester- £22,000

It is a pleasure to be working with promotional company who is the leader in their field recruit for a Customer Service Administrator. They are a lively, friendly, and small team, who are enthusiastic to be adding to their long-standing team in this exciting new role!

This role would suit those that enjoy communicating with customers, who has a passion for providing excellent and high-class customer service. Be a positive and proactive individual who has excellent organisation, attention to detail and the ability to follow through with all enquiries.

  • High levels of communication with customers regarding their needs and queries.

  • Answer customer calls with friendly, professional, and welcoming way.

  • Handle all queries

  • Process online orders

  • Check online stock levels and check orders statuses for clients.

  • Deal with suppliers regarding stock.

  • Liaise with all departments daily.


  • All training will be given, but MS office packages as a minimum is required.


  • Monday to Friday - 8am- 5pm

  • Permanent opportunity.

  • Full training given

  • 33 days holiday including bank holidays.

  • On-site parking, accessible by public transport.

  • £22,000
