Working Full time between 08:00 -18:00 Hybrid working available


Adecco Worcester are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator for their Droitwich based client.



The role of Customer Service administrator will be to provide both pre and post sales support for a variety of customers and products. The main objective of the role is to ensure that the customer is kept up to date at all times regarding the delivery / fitting of the products whilst working closely with fitters being point of contact for the job from start to finish.



The department is open from 8am to 6pm working on a rota basis with some hybrid working available


The position:





  • Raise all emails on the company database in line with customer enquiry and forward to appropriate personnel for action.




  • Ensure that all customer records are kept up to date with the latest information regarding any customer service issues.




  • To respond to customer correspondence as directed by the Customer Service Manager.




  • Communicating courteously with customers by telephone, email and letter.




  • Maintain customer files in line with Company policy.




  • To ensure the effective provision of excellent customer service




  • In the absence of the Customer Service Manager, liaise with external agencies i.e. Trading standards, Advocacy agencies, Solicitors, and Insurers.




  • To assist with administration duties.




  • Monitor and record complaints made and any potential non-compliance with Consumer Protection law, consult with Management on any action required




Experience:



  • Customer Service Experience

  • Target driven and self motivated

  • Proven track record of achieving targets

  • Good listener, with a strong focus on empathy and integrity.

  • Excellent telephony and computer skills, such as office applications, emails and CRM systems.

  • Self-motivated.
