35 hours, Monday- Friday- 9am-5pm

We are currently Recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator for our client based in Hampton Lovett. Our client is a leading provider of home installation products and is looking for someone to join this busy role.

Duties of the role:

  • Responding and assisting with all incoming emails or passing into the correct department.

  • Ensuring all customers records are kept updated with the latest information.

  • Communicating to customers by email, phone and letter.

  • Handling incoming calls and responding to queries.

  • Monitoring and recording complaints made and ensuring that the correct action is taken.

What a successful candidate looks like?

  • Previous experience within administration

  • Organised, meticulous and process driven
