Adecco Worcester are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator for their Droitwich based client.

### Please note that own transport is required due to rural location ###

Job Requirement's

  • Ability to deal with customer enquires both over the phone, via email and also Live chat

  • Excellent communication skills across a variety of departments

  • Excellent data entry skills ensuring that CRM system and data base is always updated

  • Complaint handling and prioritising of urgent requirements

  • Ability to liaise with external suppliers and official departments

Our client is looking for an outgoing individual looking to join a busy fast paced department. if you are looking to join a forward thinking company then this is the role for you.

Working Hours:

40 Hours Monday to Friday between the hours of 8.30am to 5.30pm
