Our Evesham based client is looking to recruit a Customer Service Administrator to join their team basis. Previous administrative experience is desirable in regard to perform data entry duties. A good level of English both verbal and written is required as the position involves communicating with customers via email and telephone.

Key Responsibilities:

� Logging new Cases in the company CRM system relating to individual queries and return requests

� Raising customer Goods Return Notes (GRN's)

� Reviewing courier delivery discrepancies and communicating these to customers

� Arranging third party courier collections for goods when required

� Advising customers of credit refusals

� Actioning the correct procedures for customer cancelled orders

� Liaising with the Purchasing Department in regards to out of stock items with linked sales orders and keeping customers updated on order progress accordingly

� Maintaining the company CRM database regarding aftersales queries and returns

� Reviewing customer orders placed on hold and following necessary procedures

� Raising customer credit notes ready to be processed for refund through the Accounts department

� Assisting the Accounts department with overdue debtors to ensure invoices payments are received in a timely manner

� Dealing with customer issues and /or complaints. Ensuring the correct course of action is taken to reach a satisfactory resolution for all customers liaising with the Sales Office Manager when appropriate.

Working hours are as follows:

08.30am to 17.00pm, Monday to Friday with 30 Minutes for lunch.
