We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Administrator to join a growing company based near to Lakeside. If you have a passion for delivering outstanding customer service in an office environment, then we'd love to hear from you!




Your duties will include:




● Interacting with customers via email, phone, live chat, social media and occasionally face to face


● Responding to customer issues quickly and efficiently, keeping them regularly updated


● Giving advice on products or services


● Liaising with courier companies to establish when deliveries will likely arrive to the customer


● Stay up-to-date on new products, services, and policies



We are looking for individuals who are passionate to help and support customers. Ideally candidates who have proven experience within an office-based customer service or sales environment.
