Customer Service Administrator
£18,000-£20,000 per annum
Full Time
Mon - Fri (37.5 hours per week- shifts between 8am-8pm)

The Role:

  • To act as a point of contact for members and staff regarding queries relating to the administration of memberships

  • Liaise with your Line Manager, General Managers and Support teams to deliver a consistent and positive approach to the Membership process and the retention of members.

  • Interacting and communicating with members to ensure retention targets are achieved, actively promoting the benefits of membership and seeking ways to improve the member experience

  • Assist in membership administration including database management

  • Ensure that all members' information is kept up to date, including accurate personal details and bank details.

  • Taking bookings, dealing with cancellations, suspensions and refunds

  • Producing reports and carrying out monthly membership system audits to produce mailings

  • Promote brand positively at all times.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Excellent Customer Service skills

  • Previous Administration essential.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills.

  • Good written communication skills.

  • Good Knowledge of Microsoft packages.

  • Ability to use own initiative and manage own workload.

  • Team player.

  • A methodical and logical approach to work.
