We are currently recruiting for an Customer Service Administrator, based in the North Hykeham area of Lincoln. This is a temporary position, initially for 8 weeks, with the possibility of extension. The hours of work are 8am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday. £9 per hour.



Main Duties and Responsibilities;



  • Making and answering calls from customers and clients in a polite and courteous manner

  • Booking relevant repairs and maintenance in to the company system

  • Responding to enquires quickly and effectively, whilst ensuring first class customer service

  • Communicating effectively within your team

  • Ensuring accuracy at all times

  • Maintenance of office filing systems and records

  • Using Office Packages, such as Word, Excel and Outlook

  • Administration skills

  • Strong data entry and IT skills

  • High levels of organisation and accuracy at all times

  • The successful candidate will take pride in the work they produce
