As a Customer Service Administrator in our Settlement team you will use your detective skills to investigate, identify, and resolve third-party and supplier queries whilst delivering an exceptional service.

About the role
You will investigate data discrepancies, using your problem solving skills to determine the cause of the issue and how it can be resolved. Taking ownership you will analyse consumption trends and re-bill the customer as required. As part of this you will liaise with external industry bodies and third parties to ensure all issues are resolved while remaining compliant.

About you
Working on a fast-paced team with a busy workload you should be confident in prioritising your workload and using your own initiative to make the best decisions. Ideally you will have a background in customer service with strong admin and communication skills.
