Customer Service Administrator
Contract Type: Permanent and Full-Time
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £22,000
Description of the Role:
- The post holder will act as the first point of contact for all visitors
- Respond to enquiries received online, by email, telephone or face to face.
- Responding to initial enquiries by signposting and supporting businesses .
- Provide an efficient and professional support service in developing partnerships with business.
- Ensure the smooth running of the office including signing in all visitors
Perfect candidate :
- Great communication skills
- Confident , friendly with a ' can-do ' attitude
- Experience of working with businesses and individuals / start-ups
