Adecco Reigate are recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator to join our client's small but successful family run business. The role is a mixture of telephone calls and order processing and would suit someone who is looking to move out of a high-volume call centre environment. We are looking for a candidate that is seeking a long-term career.

The following tasks are involved in the role: -

  • Entering sales orders sent in by post, e-mail and fax on to the computer system.

  • Processing repairs through system

  • Answering the telephone and dealing with customers enquiries.

  • This will involve either answering the query or identifying the nature of the enquiry and passing it to the relevant people to deal with.

  • Organising the training for end users following delivery of the equipment.

  • Liaising with our installers and customers regarding installations.

The following characteristics are a requirement for the successful candidate: -

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a great telephone manner.

  • Customer Service experience

  • previous experience in a sales support role would be beneficial

  • Computer Literate - We use Outlook, Word, Excel

  • Ability to work on your own with minimal supervision

  • Ability to work accurately with attention to detail.

  • Problem solver, not a problem finder.
