I am looking for 2 to 3 customer service advisers to work on a temp to perm basis for my client based in Redhill.

The working hours are 9-5 Monday to Friday. HYBRID WORKING after completion of the training.

You must be able to attend an assessment day which will be the Thursday 16th June 2022

Responsibilities of the job:

  1. To answer telephone contact, letters and e-mails from our Customers on any initial enquiry.

  1. To carry out any documentation or administration that supports the initial contact.

  1. To carry out other proactive activities as requested.

  1. To raise maintenance orders as required.

  1. To book appointments for Surveyors, contractors and other staff as necessary.

  1. To deal with face to face customer enquiries at the workplace

  1. To respond to complaints and ensure resolution.

  1. To meet all objectives as set by Customer Service Manager and Team Leader.

  1. To support both the Team Leader and CS Manager as requested.

  1. To provide cover for the reception desk if necessary.

  1. To aim to resolve 80% of enquiries from our customers and to take responsibility for 100% of contact.

  1. To work from area offices as necessary.
