Customer Service Administrator - Swinton

A fantastic client of mine, based in Swinton is currently in the process of recruiting a highly experienced Customer Service Administrator to be based at their office in Swinton, Greater Manchester. This is an extremely rare and exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking company at the top of their industry.

The Role:

  • You will be responsible for the administration of the Admixture System's sales order process. From order receipt through to delivery and invoicing, together with pro-actively contacting customers to ensure full utilisation of the Division's tankers.

  • This will involve entering orders on SAP, as well as providing support with maintenance of price files within the system and preparing quotations for customers.

  • You will liaise with internal departments and external suppliers to resolve any customer queries and you will take corrective steps when problems arise.

  • Beyond that, you will also inform relevant sales representatives of any issues with customers, deliveries or credit/accounts receivable.

  • You will also handle general enquiries and consult with other internal departments to provide customers with information when requested.

The Person:

  • You are a highly motivated self-starter

  • You have excellent knowledge of SAP, as well as good skills in Excel and KPI reporting.

  • You will have an awareness of export procedures and documentation requirements, alongside a knowledge of credit control functionality/disciplines.

  • You will ideally have experience of Transport Management Systems.

  • You work well in multidisciplinary teams as well as on your own initiative.

  • You also have the capacity to manage your workload to meet tight deadlines.

The Benefits:

  • Salary of £23k - £25k

  • Monday - Friday (Full time hours)
