Adecco are looking for highly motivated people who want to work within the customer service industry with a start date of 23rd April 2019.

This role would involve helping support financial advisers with product queries and on-line applications.

Duties & Responsibilities
* You will be a key part in helping financial advisers service their clients through our clients platform, taking inbound calls and dealing with inbound/outbound e-mails and one stop tasks.
* There are also opportunities to support our direct clients with general product queries as well as helping to improve processes across the Platform and liaise with other departments.
* You will deal with pre-sales queries and quotes.
* Case ownership is encouraged and you will deal with demands end to end where possible, ensuring the best possible customer experience.

The ideal candidate will have a background in customer services and or financial services industry is desirable

There is the possibility after 3 months, as part of the development programme to receive a pay rise. Also, after 6 months, the contract is highly likely to become permanent, dependent on performance.

35 hours a week. Monday - Friday (9am to 5pm) with Saturday's also required very occasionally (8:30am - 12pm)
