ADECCO are recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator for their client in Swansea City Centre.


Mon to Fri - 8.30am to 5pm


Our client is looking for a hard-working and organised individual with excellent customer service and administration skills to join their growing team. This is a busy, people-focused role where no two days are the same!


This is initially a temporary position with permanent opportunities for the right candidate. The company can offer several options with regards the progression of the role and offers great long-term benefits!



The Role:


- Provide general administration support for the office


- Answering the phone, dealing with queries and taking messages


- Monitoring a shared inbox and responding to emails, as required


- Providing excellent customer service at all times



The Ideal Candidate:


- Experience in a customer-focused and/or administrative role an advantage


- Excellent IT, communication and people skills, with a high level of written and spoken English


- Enthusiastic and eager to learn new skills


- Good attention to detail and organisational skills
