We are currently recruiting for Customer Service Administrator to join our client based in Tewkesbury. This is a great opportunity for a career within an international Security company.

  • 8am - 5pm Monday Friday

  • £9-10 per hour

  • Immediate starts available

  • Free on-site parking

The role involves:

  • Maintain accurate information on the systems

  • Schedule activities and maintain updated records

  • Communicate with customers to arrange visits

  • Handle customer calls reporting faults within an agreed time frame

  • Provide simple call resolutions and determine if calls need to be passed to another department

  • Schedule engineers to callouts quickly and in line with requirements and to maximise productivity

What a successful candidate looks like:

  • Previous administration experience

  • A high standard of computer literacy & understanding of commonly used office packages

  • Ability to prioritise and work on own initiative

  • Reliable

  • Eye for detail

  • Team player

  • Self-motivated & confident
