Customer Service Administrator- Thetford- £ Competitive

We are currently working on behalf of our manufacturing Client in Thetford for a Customer Service Administrator.

Salary: £ Competitive

Hours: Monday-Thursday 08:30-17:00, Friday 08:30-14:15

Holiday: 20 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays

Job responsibilities:

  • To be the first point of contact for, dealing with customer queries via telephone and email.

  • To set up new accounts and enter sales orders

  • Liaise with transport companies regarding deliveries and other departments to meet customer demands

  • Print, photocopy, collate and distribute order paperwork

  • Verify dispatch dates and advise customers of any delays.

What we are looking for?

  • Previous office based Customer Service experience

  • Ability to communicate clearly with clients on the phone

  • Organised with attention to detail

  • A team player
