This role in based within the call centre and the main duties will include:




  • Answering the telephone to a variety of people and either being able to deal with their enquiry or direct them to the relevant department.

  • Processing and resolving claims for debit notes.

  • Raising goods returns notes, liaising with 3rd party transport and chasing the collection and return of goods.

  • Some spreadsheet and word processing work will be required.

  • Some order input.

  • Proactive telephone marketing / telesales with customers.

  • Information gathering and distribution from contract based enquiries into the call centre.


Office hours: Working between 8.30-5pm Monday-Friday
