An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our prestigious client as part of their Customer Service Advisor team!







This role is a 6 month temporary contract, office-based in Slough. 37.5 hours a week over a rotating shift pattern with 2 weekends per month. There may be permanent opportunities at the end of this 6 month period for the right candidate.

We are looking for Customer Service Advisors who can provide professional and amazing customer service to our clients retail customers over the phone. You will be dealing with approx. 50 calls per day, and will get fantastic training and support so that you can delight the customers on every call!

* Providing fantastic service and support to our customers over the phone







* Advising our customers on all types of queries such as: balance enquiries, payments, internet banking, card management, using our mobile app







* Updating all of our systems, making sure you attend to every detail and record all conversations with 100% accuracy







* Following the correct processes to make sure our customers are safe
