In return, they are looking for Customer Service Advisor's who are enthusiastic and motivated. You'll need to be confident in being the first line of support for both existing and new customers and display excellent attention to detail and accuracy. In addition, you will need to be confident and efficient with IT skills in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and Outlook.


Previous experience of working within customer services is essential.
