Our client based in Aylesbury is currently looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Customer Service Advisor to work within their busy fast paced contact centre. You will be required to deliver an excellent customer service experience to their clients, as well as making sure that client details are inputted in a correct and efficient manner. You'll need to be confident in being the first line of support for both existing and new customers and display excellent attention to detail and accuracy. In addition, you will need to be efficient with IT skills and ideally used a CRM system previously.
