Customer Service Representative



£21+ (depending on experience)

Working hours: 9am-5.30pm Monday-Thursday, 8am-4.30pm Friday

Our client are looking for an Experienced Customer Service Representative to join their vibrant and expanding team.

Role and responsibilities:

  • Ensure excellent Customer Service

  • Manage large amounts of incoming calls and emails

  • Strong ability to multitask in a quick paced environment

  • Up-selling/sales support

  • Customer order fulfilment

  • Problem solving/troubleshooting

  • Complaint handling

  • Process new and maintain and update existing customer database

  • General administration duties

  • Undertake product training

Person specification:

  • Good communications skills

  • Proven Customer Service skills

  • The ability to multitask

  • Able to work well within a team

  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Willing to undertake product training

  • Great attention to detail

This is a full time role, the benefits include 20 days holiday + bank holidays + 3 days shutdown at Christmas.
