Customer Service Advisor

We know how important your life is. Work as a Customer Care Specialist and choose your own hours and days of work. We delight our customers between 8am and 6 pm Monday to Friday and between 9am and 12.30pm on Saturdays. We ask for at least 20 hours a week, beyond that which days and hour you work are up to you. Join us!

(We give full training for six weeks - three of which are full time).

We are in a positive position of continued growth, and we are therefore looking for new recruits to join us within our award-winning Contact Centre in Peterborough! This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to become part of a great team working the hours that suit you.

This position

We are looking for a friendly and professional individual to deliver a fantastic service to our customers each day. To be successful you will be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills, have a genuine desire to help others and be computer literate.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Most importantly you will be expected to put the Customer at the forefront of everything that we do

  • You will answer incoming telephone calls from customers and perform duties including processing orders, answering questions on products and/or services, research orders and other records to resolve problems whilst offering solutions

  • Work closely with internal colleagues/other departments to ensure excellent customer service is provided

You will receive a starting salary of £20,487 (Full Time) and there is monthly bonus potential too. On top of this we offer a profit related pay scheme paying up to an additional 5% of your salary each year. We regularly offer overtime should you wish to accept this to support the demands of our customers as well as this being an opportunity for you to earn yourself some additional funds!
