Customer Service Advisor

In this customer-facing role, you will provide excellent customer service to customers. You will build strong working relationships with all business customers, ensuring high levels of engagement and customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for the end-to-end order process, from initial inquiry to a completed order, and any relevant after-sales follow-up. You will keep customers constantly apprised of all relevant promotions and marketing initiatives in order to stimulate sales growth and maximise customer spend. You will ensure that all orders are processed in an accurate, timely, and professional manner, and you will demonstrate high levels of attention to detail, taking extreme care to identify and resolve pre-production issues.



  • Develop a thorough understanding of the product portfolio so that you can tailor customer service to meet customer needs

  • Manage and promote the full range of PF products, paying particular attention to specific company objectives and marketing campaigns

  • Deal with a high volume of telephone inquiries, emails, in a timely and professional manner

  • Build strong customer relationships and provide excellent customer service ensuring customers are updated on the progress of orders, lead times, and reasons for delays where applicable

  • Deal quickly and efficiently with customer queries or complaints, ensuring a professional approach and a high level of customer services

  • Updating order management systems on a regular basis to ensure the integrity of management information (MI) being shared with other departments

  • Provide accurate information and prices to customers, ensuring accurate call summaries are recorded for each call where a quote is provided

  • Process sample and visual requests on the system ensuring all elements of the process are completed correctly
