Adecco Leeds are excited to be working with the largest specialist designer and manufacturer of premium folding sliding/bifold doors & Windows predominantly in the UK and globally!


Further to their continued success, they seek to expand their dynamic Customer Services Team, at the Head Office in Bradford.


£17,374.50 per annum, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm



  • Responsible for the efficient management of the Company's After Sales Service to customers.

  • Provide professional case management of complaints, general enquiries, remedial actions and replacement items, to bring matters to a satisfactory end for all parties, as far as possible.

  • Support the coordination of work schedules for our Service Team.



MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POST




  • To offer a comprehensive Technical advice service, on all aspects of the products to all customers

  • Acknowledge receipt of correspondence and reply within a timely manner

  • Use the Company CRM, to keep accurate and up to date records of all activity

  • Seek authorisation from Customer Service Manager for any remake of part or product part which needs sending out

  • Collate all necessary paperwork on the case before seeking such authorisation

  • Add quotes to the CRM system to ensure that all necessary invoices can be raised by Finance Team so that payments are received for chargeable works.

  • To use the Company archive system to find historical cases and supplies to assist in case management



  • To keep customer fully updated on any changes to schedules and to advise them of any alternative arrangements



AFTER SALES /REPLACEMENT PARTS/INCOME GENERATION



  • To identify the parts/products required for the customer and to inform them of the cost

  • Be confident in submitting quote

  • Processing payments through the company methods, accurately

  • To extend the customer's choices, by the promotion and sale of additional service packages, to enhance their enjoyment of our products.
