Salary: £21,000 - £23,000


Based: Brentford, TW7


Mon - Fri 9.00am - 5.00pm

Our client based in Brentford is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join their fast pasced dynamic team To provide front line customer service and support for their products and services, interacting with existing customers and handling enquiries and orders from prospective clients.


Job Duties
* Provide concise timely and accurate information as necessary and in the best appropriate forums
* To undertake responsibility for handling customer enquires; including liaising with
other departments to ensure each customer receives the best possible service support and problem resolution.
* Assist with the processing of all incoming enquiries (verbal, text & written) in accordance and to the service levels expected.
* Maintain positive relationship with existing clients
* Develop a thorough understanding of company's products and be able to express this confidently in all communications with potential and existing customers
* To assist with the maintenance and update of the database and relate systems as required
* To be able to provide reports as necessary to internally and externally
* To support the Sales team with customer queries and required administration requirements
* To assist with processing orders, exchanges and number swaps
* To record customer interactions, details of enquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken
* To handle complaints providing appropriate and where possible sustainable solutions
* To manage work load efficiently, prioritising urgent and/or time sensitive queries

Desirable Skills



  • Knowledge of CRM billing programs

  • In-depth Paging Technical knowledge

  • Paging fault finding knowledge

  • SMS product and procedures
