Customer Service Advisor
Hours: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm
Salary: £22,000
Benefits: 25 days holiday per annum + bank holidays + Christmas Leave, no weekend working, on-site parking, employee shared ownership scheme, year end bonus depending on performance.

Adecco Bristol are thrilled to be working with a new and rapidly growing company based in Avonmouth. Located within walking distance from Avonmouth train station, the business is in a prime location for commuters travelling via public transport or by car.
The company are looking for someone with excellent customer service and strong communication skills. Someone who can remain calm with great active listening skills and ideally previous experience handling phone calls. The company is expanding quickly so there are great opportunities to develop within the role.
Duties include:
* Dealing directly with customers and suppliers
* Answering inbound phone calls for queries and taking any telephone orders
* Processing orders and booking deliveries
* Administration tasks including filing and scanning documents
* Checking emails and liaising with customers
