Position: Customer Service Advisor
Location: Wandsworth/Remote Working
Duration: 10 weeks+
We're currently looking for a Customer Service Advisor who can answer and manage telephone enquiries regarding COVID Business Grant Schemes.
You will need to advise which schemes are relevant, Help businesses over the phone to complete applications for the grant schemes, while contributing to the big team effort currently taking place trying to assess the applications for up to 8 different schemes.
At the same time, ascertain position of business rates account and any arrears and sensitively discuss re-payment options.
This is a remote working position.
You will need experience of Business Grant Schemes for this position
