We have an exciting opportunity for 4 Customer Service advisors to join our dynamic team. The contract initially will be for 2-3 months with the potential for extension or a possible permanent role within the company should the opportunity arise.

Here, you will be working as a PPI Customer Service Case Handler, delivering excellent support to Customers who may be owed PPI redress. You will be dealing with a variety of tasks from speaking to external and internal parties, data entry and calculations to quality checking for errors. You will be providing an amazing level of customer experience, whether that's over the phone or by email.

Starting rates are: £8.46 P/H


Working Hours are: Monday - Friday 8:50 - 5pm


Job Type: full time temporary contract of 37.5 hours a week. This is 5 days a week, 7.5 hour days.



Call centre: 1 year (Preferred)


Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
