Adecco Chester a proud to be recruiting for Customer Service Agents to support our Chester based client at their Headquarters, initially on a temporary basis.

We are seeking candidates who are available immediately.

We are seeking candidates with the below experience:

  • Previous customer service experience

  • Good numeracy and data interpretation skills

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Good standard of written work with accuracy and attention to detail

  • IT literacy of the following: Windows, Word and Excel

  • Confident and able to use initiative

  • A dedicated work ethic

  • Excellent organisational skills

You will be the first point of contact for new incoming enquiries and will be responsible for picking these up from an online form, making outbound calls to qualify interest, collating data and passing through to the next team in the customer journey.

The role is working for a minimum 8-week period with the high likelihood of longer-term opportunities.

The hours are initially working Monday to Friday, 9:00-17:30 or 10:30-19:00. Potentially some weekend work after the first 4 weeks.

Pay rate £10.21ph.
