Customer Service Advisor
Temporary fixed-term contract with possibility of perm contract
Upto £19k salary

Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader, the successful candidate will be part of a fully functional Aftercare Customer Service Department providing excellent customer service and aftercare support to both internal & exteranl customers.

To effectively and with a high degree of accuracy, deal with queries, questions & issues that arise within agreed timescales and targets, ensuring any shortages/problems are highlighted and customers informed of the outcome.

To manage all customer inquiries and ensure they are dealt with in an orderly/courteous manner and finished to a satisfactory conclusion.

Daily liaison required with the warehouse regarding orders, deliveries, and stock levels.

Carry out regular customer service courtesy calls and satisfaction surveys inline the customer service team leader requests.

To ensure that any customer complaints received are processed onto CRM immediately and assigned to the correct person/department.

To be confident in using Microsoft & CRM systems
