Customer Service Advisor -Colne Lancashire
Working a 5 day week covering Monday to Friday inclusive, or a 5 day week to incorporate Saturday

37.5 hours
£18500 per year

Adecco Preston are recruiting on behalf of one of the most successful online retailers in the UK. You will work to take incoming calls, process orders, resolve any problems with customer orders through calls, e-mail support requests and live chat.

You will handle a high volume of inbound customer enquiries requiring focus, concentration and problem resolution. You will have a pro-active customer relationship style that empathises with the customers issue. Remaining positive and calm with customers you will help by arranging returns, replacement products, investigating delivery issues, stock shortages, and fully resolving each customers specific issue.

Trading online since 1999, serving over a million public and trade customers, and with great customer feedback as Customer Service Advisor must want to work well and make a difference.
