Customer Service Adviser

Location: Stevenage

Salary: £8phr

Hours: Contact Centre open hours are 8am-8pm, you'll be required to work a 7.5hr shift (with 30min break) between these hours. You will also be required to work 1 in 4 Saturdays.

Contract: Full-time 12 weeks Temp contract, with the option of turning Perm.

Adecco Stevenage are currently recruiting for Customer Service Advisers to work with our client based in Central Stevenage.

Working with our well-known client, you will be joining their warm and friendly Customer Service Team assisting with the handling of all inbound calls. These calls will be coming from a number of different queries and require your attention to detail and customer service knowledge to handle each case as an individual and with effective time.

Working with both a duel screen computer and headset, you should expect to be taking and handling a high volume of telephone calls, demonstrating your high levels of Customer Service on every call.

The post is initially for 12 weeks, however where business requires, this will be extended.
