On behalf of my established client based in Crewe, I am looking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor.

Working as part of a small and friendly team, you will be responsible for managing all incoming calls, emails and social media enquires. You will assist where needed and process orders on their CRM system. This role is mainly working from the office however you will also be required to work in the showroom, meeting and greeting the customers.

The successful candidate will have previously worked in a customer service/ retail role, have excellent communication skills, be self-motivated and be able to build good rapports quickly.
