Key Responsibilities:

*Establish and build relationships with Customers
*Actively manage customer account queries and respond within agreed time frames.
*Up sell all allocated products working towards achieving and maintaining agreed gross profit figures.
*Help maximise market share for the brand where necessary.
*Reach and exceed the call targets set.
*Ensue all administration duties are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
*Support and coordinate with the various internal departments.
*Quickly gain knowledge of the Brand.

Key Requirements:

*1-3 Years proven sales experience in an office environment
*Tele sales experience
*Be results driven
*Excellent computer skills - Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
*Have the ability to build relationships
*Strong Communication skills
*Superb Telephone manner
