35 hours per week between 8.30am-5.45pm, Mon-Fri (rotating)
10.20 per hour.
temp to perm after 3 months (subject to meeting criteria)

  • You'll work with customers over the telephone providing help and support, guiding them through all aspects of their retirement journey ensuring they are informed and at ease every step of the way

What you'll do


In the Contact Centre, you will be the first point of contact for all inbound calls ensuring accurate information is given so we can deliver right first time. We're there to help our customers with all pension related questions to allow them to make informed decisions about their financial future. You'll be at the forefront of ensuring that they have a memorable experience and are positive about the service received. To succeed in this role, you will:



  • Build a trusting relationship with your customer on every call you take, adapting your style to meet individual customer needs

  • Use active listening to identify any gaps in customer knowledge and convey information in an effective way that increases understanding

  • Be aware of the needs and expectations of our customers and manage these expectations in accordance with SLAs


The skills you'll need


We're looking for someone with a natural ability and genuine desire for helping our customers. You'll have a logical approach, stay calm under pressure and seek out solutions. You'll be supported through career progression and must be eager to self-develop your knowledge and skills.


What else you'll need to know


While delivering exceptional customer service you will be measured on quality, risk, customer satisfaction and the efficiency in which we handle customer queries. Full training will be provided.

We will review your performance and look to make you Permanent following a 3 month training and induction programme
