We have a position available for a Global manufacturing company based in Gloucester. They are looking to add an additional Customer Service Advisor to their team. You will be working out of lovely offices in a brilliant location, easily accessible via public transport.

You will be responsible for the following:-

  • Management of new customer enquiries (including account set ups.

  • Compile accurate quotations

  • Daily order entry (including non-manufactured process)

  • Daily checks against order entry

  • Manage the sales process for resolving the cancellation of orders. Ensuring that such matters are expedited speedily, and the information in Oracle is accurate and up to date.

  • Ensure problems are resolved swiftly when dealing with customer concerns (including late deliveries) Maintain daily KPI's

  • Maintain good working relationships with customers

Hours 8am to 4pm Monday to Friday
