Temporary (2/3 months)

28 days paid annual leave


We are delighted to be working with our client based in the heart of Ipswich town centre.

Due to a prolonged period of sustained growth our client is looking to add to its current successful team.

We are seeking candidates how are Customer service driven, have the desire and commitment to enhance a customers journey.

Full paid training is offered with this role, so you are in very safe hands should you have limited experience.

Monday- Friday 8:30am-5:30pm


  • First point of contact for incoming customer calls

  • Supporting all customers with their order progression via telephone/email

  • Communication to customers of order status (priority orders, delays etc)

  • Respond to customer chases/queries into the Customer Service mailbox

  • Processing and reallocation of returned parcels

  • Sorting and distribution of paperwork

  • Free of charge replacement orders

  • Handling of customer complaints

  • Credit note processing and stock adjustments

  • Quotation and order management of all rush orders
