Salary - £9.90 per hour

Shifts - 4 days on - 4 days off

7am - 7pm

4 nights on - 4 off

7pm - 7am

Help Desk - Customer Service Advisor

An exciting new role has come along to Leeds.

A Global Leader in security is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their team in Leeds. This position is for someone who can provide excellent customer service, someone who can effectively deal with complaints and be able to work independently as well as with a team.

Full training will be provided.

Duties will include

  • Taking inbound calls and helping the customer with any queries they may have.

  • Providing excellent customer service.

  • Using Microsoft Excel software to input data.

  • Handling complaints in an effective and professional manor.

  • General administration will be included in this role.

This position is suited for an individual who is keen to develop new skills, someone who enjoys talking to people and someone who can provide a high standard of customer service over the phone, as well as email.
