Adecco Recruitment are currently recruiting for on behalf of our client, a Customer Service/Social Media Advisor with cycling experience. for a successful and growing organisation based in Bamber Bridge, Preston.



Working hours will be 20 hours Monday to Wednesday 16.00 - 21.00 and 1 Saturday in 4. The other three weeks there will be an additional evening which is flexible



This is an exciting opportunity to join a fun and friendly team and to support customers start to finish


Salary: £20-22K pro rata (dependent on experience + bonus incentives)

What We're Looking For:


We are currently seeking an outgoing individual who has a passion for providing excellent customer service to join our client's team as a Customer Service/Social Media Advisor.



As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for managing customers' expectations throughout their build process, from the time the order is placed, throughout their journey until despatch.


To succeed in this role, you need to be enthusiastic, organised, possess excellent communication skills and be able to use your own initiative in order to resolve complex customer queries.


You will be responsible for resolving customer queries via LiveChat, email, phone and social media , as well as managing relationships, processing payments, refunds, upgrades and amendments.


Key Areas of Responsibility Include:


Dealing with Inbound/Outbound Customer Interactions - Phone/Chat/Email/Social


Resolving Customer Queries


Financial Transaction Processing


Order Processing


Skills and Experience Required:


Passion For Cycling Is Preferred But Not Essential.


Experience In Contact part-time Centre Customer Service or Sales Essential


Excellent Communication Skills


Proficient In All Microsoft & Telecommunication Applications


Ability To Build & Nurture Excellent Working Relationships Both Internally & Externally
