Customer Service experience essential

To provide first class Customer Service to Customers / Clients with focus on customer contact, order creation, delivery and care services


Sales order processing

Telephone orders

Act as first point of contact to deal with customer enquiries & delivery related queries

Work with 3PL`s to ensure target of 99% delivery accuracy is met

Comply with relevant legal & compliance requirements, regulatory & ethical standards are met

Track all orders and deliveries


Understanding of supply chain & stock management

Good communication skills (written & spoken)

IT Literate (Outlook, Excel, SAP)
