Location : Luton

Hourly rate: £10 per hour (Temp to Perm)

Working hours: Monday - Friday

We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor for our client based within the Luton area, this is a temporary role with a view of becoming permanent for the right candidate.

You must have previous customer service experience to be considered for this role.

Key responsibilities:

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Able to confidently build rapport with customers.

  • Commercial awareness

  • Be able to work flexibly and proactively within a fast paced environment.

  • Demonstrate strong teamwork through effective communication skills with others in the team.

  • Retain business through maintaining relationships with customers.

  • Identifying and solving issues as and when needed.

  • Maintain great relationships with all departments across the business.

  • Ensure that the correct course of action is taken always.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Strong listening skills

  • A positive "can do" Attitude.

  • Be eager and willing to learn new things

  • Strong IT and admin skills.

  • Be happy to work as part of a team as well as alone.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
