This role requires an individual with great customer service skills and experience working in a fast paced, detail-oriented business. If you are resilient, a hard worker and have great communication skills then this is the role for you!

Working closely with the national accounts team, this is a B2B role where you'll be responsive for log in accurate calls, liaising with account managers, managing the in-boxes and be strong at multitasking.

You'll need to take ownership of the role and provide the primary point of contact for all national account customer issues providing a satisfactory resolution that enhances their experience of dealing with this company.

Your main duties and responsibilities include the handling of inbound and outbound calls/emails giving customers a positive experience; being a problem solver and handling complaints with care in order to solve any issues and make sure all problems are acknowledged and dealt with; provide solutions to services issued and escalate the necessary issues depending on the parameters given instigating the appropriate service and recovery processes; log all calls on the respective system with care and focus ensuring all details are added which will increase productivity and customer satisfaction; to ensure the client list is well managed and all queries are dealt with effectively, liaising with the right departments and providing the right delivery queries and order delivery information and to comply with all health and safety parameters.

This role is very detail oriented and being quick and assertive is essential. Being able to prioritise all queries and offering the appropriate escalation and resolution are a big part of this role as well.

Training is provided and being patient, empathetic, consultative, and friendly will lead you on the road to success.
