Adecco Bristol are delighted to be supporting an independent, family run company looking for a Customer Service Advisor based in a vibrant, up and coming area in Bristol. Offering an excellent telephone manner, the right candidate will be accurate, helpful and able to deal with a variety of customer queries and complaints.

This role will suit a naturally bubbly, team player looking to get in to an office based, Monday - Friday position where they can showcase their skills in a fast paced, changing environment.


  • Taking calls from customers of varying seniority levels

  • Supporting other departments with queries

  • Dealing with complaints

  • Writing emails and following up on messages

  • Processing orders using the online system


  • Team player with a "can do" attitude

  • Naturally helpful with the ability to find areas that need support

  • Strong verbal and written communication

  • Comfortable on the phone
