We are seeking skilled Customer service Advisers to join our city centre based client.

This role is offered on a full time 37 hour basis working Wed-Sunday, and is for a minimum of six months.

We also have part time weekend shifts available, working both Saturday and Sunday.

A role has been created to enhance the ability of districts to engage with people at risk of covid 19 having been in an area where there has been a positive case. This role is designed to ensure that any impacted residents in Norwich understand the need for self-isolation on contact with a positive covid case and have the support they need to ensure their needs are met while isolating.

Post holders will support the work of Test and Trace by proactively engaging with residents, offering guidance and signposting to appropriate support to help self-isolation, report instances of non-compliance and enabling the communications of messaging to wide audiences.

As such you will need good investigative skills on the systems as well as the ability to engage with people on their doorsteps (in a covid safe way) to encourage them to follow the guidance.

They will be fundamental in helping to contain the spread of the virus and keeping our residents safe and supported while they undertake isolation.

Must be able to drive and have home PC or laptop with good wifi connections.
