Have you got experience within a customer service environment? Then I have the perfect new role for you! I am recruiting on behalf of a fantastic client, who are expanding their team. They are looking for an individual who aligns with their values of dedication, caring, integrity, and quality. The successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills, self-motivation, ability to multitask, organisation, have positive energy, work within a team, be compassionate.

Salary and benefits:

  • Salary: £19,380pa

  • Hours: full time, 35 hours per week

  • Shifts: any time between 8am and 8pm, Monday to Friday with the occasional Saturday morning (this shift would be 09:00-13:00)

  • Annual leave: 25 days + Bank Holidays

Daily tasks once trained:

  • Managing calls and emails for clients and professionals

  • Sort and process prescriptions, and process orders

  • Register new clients and maintain client confidentiality

  • Log complaints and request support when needed

  • Offer support to fellow team members

  • Work towards KPI objectives

  • Adhere to Health and Safety policies, and demonstrate positive behaviours

  • Any other reasonable duties as requested by supervisor

Previous experience required:

  • Working in a high-volume customer experience environment

  • Previous telephone experience desirable

  • Computer literate with a working knowledge of MS packages
