You will have the opportunity to provide the highest standard of customer service within Boots. With our drive and passion for success you'll deliver an excellent service experience where empathy and building rapport are central. We are looking for confident communicators; you should be able to adapt your conversational style to build trust and enhance customer loyalty. This is an inbound call taking role where you will be helping our customer's reset their passwords for their online accounts or responding to customer our customer's emails.


What are we looking for?



  • Strong customer experience is essential, preferred candidate will be able to demonstrate ability to communicate well with customer over the phone, understanding the importance of the service on offer

  • Full PC literacy is essential, including Microsoft Office products

  • Ability to work to targets and quality measures

  • Ability to work in a team environment whilst maintaining individual ownership

  • Ability to learn new skills quickly

  • Accepting of change in a fast paced environment
