Customer Service Advisor
£19-21,000 p.a DOE
Based Plympton
Working within a team this role will be helping providing expert knowledge in order to help customers book their perfect service. Daily duties will include:
- Answering calls from potential & existing clients
- Achieving personal and performance targets
- Providing excellent customer service
- Processing payments & orders from customers
- Completing all pre-agreed follow up calls
- Maintaining good working knowledge of products and key benefits to ensure customer choice and needs are considered during sale
- General office administration
Once probation and training are completed satisfactorily, there may be the opportunity to work from home on some days.
