Customer Service Advisor

£19-21,000 p.a DOE

Based Plympton

Working within a team this role will be helping providing expert knowledge in order to help customers book their perfect service. Daily duties will include:

  • Answering calls from potential & existing clients

  • Achieving personal and performance targets

  • Providing excellent customer service

  • Processing payments & orders from customers

  • Completing all pre-agreed follow up calls

  • Maintaining good working knowledge of products and key benefits to ensure customer choice and needs are considered during sale

  • General office administration

Once probation and training are completed satisfactorily, there may be the opportunity to work from home on some days.

  • Excellent communication skills both written & verbal
