A lovely opportunity to work as a Customer Service Advisor for a great, well-established medical company based in Ashton.

Location: Preston, Ashton

Salary: £19,942 pa

Start: Immediate

In this role, you will be providing a high level of customer service to clients and health care professionals in the day-to-day management of customer service daily workflow.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Manage inbound, outbound calls and e-mails for clients and health care professionals

  • Maintain external communication

  • Create and complete client orders

  • Sort and process incoming prescriptions

  • Place outbound calls to surgeries for outstanding prescriptions, and chase prescriptions for outstanding orders

  • Track missing parcels as needed, and manage returns / collections

  • Offer support and advice to fellow team members

  • Data entry and dealing with web orders
