We are proud to inform you of a new role of Customer Service Advisor that we are working on for one of our well-established clients.


This is an amazing opportunity to join a vibrant organisation where you will be providing a high level of customer service to clients and healthcare professionals in the day-to-day management of customer service daily workflow.


Location: Preston


Salary: £19,942 pa


Start: Immediate

Key responsibilities include:



  • Manage inbound, outbound calls and e-mails for clients and healthcare professionals

  • Maintain external communication

  • Create and complete client orders

  • Sort and process incoming prescriptions

  • Place outbound calls to surgeries for outstanding prescriptions, and chase prescriptions for outstanding orders

  • Track missing parcels as needed, and manage returns / collections

  • Offer support and advice to fellow team members
